Reporting directly to the Director, M&A Accounting, you will be a key member of a dedicated team of M&A accountants focused on centralizing M&A-related responsibilities from the broader Anduril Accounting department. </p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p>The ideal candidate will be highly execution-oriented, comfortable moving at an incredibly fast pace, and skilled at supporting complex financial integrations. Come join us as we disrupt an entire industry and help take your career to the next level with a team that is charging towards changing the world of defense.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Actively support a dedicated team of M&A accountants in centralizing and executing all M&A-related accounting activities.</li> <li>Support and assist with pre-close Accounting and Tax due diligence for target acquisitions.</li> <li>Assist with Day One post-acquisition readiness preparation, including drafting documentation for leveling, compensation reviews, and integration recommendations for the acquired accounting team.</li> <li>Travel on Day One post-acquisition to assist in delivering comprehensive overviews of Anduril's people, processes, and systems to newly acquired accounting teams.</li> <li>Prepare closing balance sheets and support the detailed review of acquired entities' closing balance sheets.</li> <li>Prepare and draft final closing statements and supporting schedules.</li> <li>Execute and support the opening balance sheet crosswalk process.</li> <li>Support the hands-on integration of acquired accounting processes into.</li> <li>Anduril’s Oracle Fusion and broader boundary system ecosystem.</li> <li>Provide hands-on operational support, including temporarily filling in for departed team members from acquired accounting teams as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate and collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams including Corporate Development, Legal, PMI, CorpTech, Tax, Technical Accounting, and General Accounting.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles (Senior/Manager level) or consulting roles (Senior/Manager level); a mix of both in-house corporate and consulting experience is highly preferred.</li> <li>Highly developed IQ and EQ, with the communication skills necessary to navigate complex personnel integrations and cross-functional partnerships.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations.</li> <li>Strong technical background with hands-on experience supporting the integration of acquired business processes into ERP ecosystems.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.</li> <li>Highly collaborative and hands-on professional who is eager to dive into the details to drive execution.</li> <li>Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) (or similar equivalent in other jurisdictions) is preferred.</li> <li>CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA is preferred.</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities. </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$99,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$130,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
