Job requirements

Atlys is looking for a Growth Intern who’s obsessed with online trends and knows how to turn content into growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of scaling social media communities while making a direct impact on Atlys’ online presence.

What You’ll Do

Grow and manage 10–12 Atlys-affiliated subreddits.
Post engaging and viral content regularly.
Experiment with and execute growth strategies to boost reach and engagement.
Spot viral trends across platforms and leverage them fast.
Manage and grow 10 -15 Instagram pages.
Use our in-house automation tools to simplify content creation and publishing.

What We’re Looking For

A creative mindset with a knack for content ideas.
Familiarity with AI tools and basic technical skills.
No degree required - just curiosity, hustle, and creativity.
Ability to spot trends early and jump on them.
Comfortable managing multiple accounts at scale.
