The Role
As a Talent Operations Associate at Atlys, you will play a key role in scaling our teams by owning end-to-end hiring while strengthening people operations and employee experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract top talent, streamline HR processes, and help build a high-performance, people-first culture.
The Job
People Operations & HR Processes (Primary Focus)
Own and manage day-to-day people operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, documentation, role changes, exits).
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HRIS and internal systems.
Manage monthly HR operations and support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance processes.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and internal HR frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and company-wide initiatives to strengthen culture.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.
Support internal communication initiatives and people-related announcements.
Performance Management & Development
Support performance management cycles including goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback processes.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives based on organizational and individual training needs.
Assist managers and employees with performance-related processes and documentation.
Talent Acquisition Support (Secondary Focus)
Support recruitment activities including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics.
Assist in maintaining candidate pipelines and ATS data as required.
Ideal Candidate
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
Working knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
