Job requirements
As a People Success Intern, you’ll work closely with the People Success team and gain hands-on exposure to how people functions operate in a fast-growing startup. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how teams are hired, supported, and enabled to do their best work. You’ll be involved across multiple people-focused initiatives and play a meaningful role in day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support Talent Acquisition activities such as interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring trackers
Assist with day-to-day people processes to ensure smooth employee operations
Work on people data, trackers, and reports to maintain accuracy across HRMS and internal systems
Assist in managing and executing People Success initiatives, including engagement programs, reviews, confirmations, and internal communications
Support inductions processes, including coordination of joining formalities and documentation
Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams on people-related workflows
Assist with ad-hoc projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and culture
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience or exposure to People Success / People Operations (internships or projects are a plus)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate effectively across teams
Strong communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Empathy, professionalism, and discretion while handling people-related matters
Genuine interest in people, culture, and how organizations grow and scale
Comfort working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, HRMS platforms, and spreadsheets
