Job requirements
We’re looking for someone who gets excited about building new growth engines from scratch — not just running ads or making incremental CAC improvements. This role is focused on identifying untapped demand channels, testing them thoughtfully, and scaling what works into meaningful, repeatable visa volume. If you enjoy operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and driving ideas from zero to tangible impact, you’ll find this role highly rewarding.
It’s a hands-on individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of building and scaling new growth channels
The Job
Identify new and unconventional acquisition opportunities
Form hypotheses, design experiments, and execute them end-to-end
Own the full lifecycle: idea → outreach → execution → tracking → optimization
Manage and deploy a monthly budget to experiment with new GTMs
Build and close co-marketing and distribution partnerships to unlock new demand
-
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing
What We’re Looking For
Natural Conversationalist: You love engaging with people, making them feel heard, and keeping the energy high in discussions.
Problem-Solver: You think on your feet and find solutions quickly, especially when travellers need urgent help.
Travel Enthusiast: You have a passion for travel, know the common challenges travelers face, and enjoy sharing tips and advice.
The ideal candidate
3 - 6 years of experience in growth, category expansion, or similar roles in fast-paced startups
Proven experience in building or scaling at least one acquisition channel
Strong experimentation mindset - you think in hypotheses, not opinions
Comfortable owning budgets and being accountable for outcomes
Structured in approach, yet scrappy in execution
Ability to navigate ambiguity and move things forward independently
-
Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
