We’re looking for a highly execution-driven Head of Growth to scale user acquisition and revenue through performance marketing and high-impact growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes end-to-end ownership, and consistently identifies scalable opportunities to drive efficient growth across markets.
The Job
Own and scale performance marketing across key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
Identify and develop high-impact growth opportunities across channels such as partnerships, referrals, communities, and product-led initiatives.
Build and optimize acquisition funnels across geographies, with a strong focus on international expansion.
Drive continuous experimentation across channels, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
Develop scalable acquisition strategies that improve efficiency and reduce overall customer acquisition costs over time.
Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to enhance activation, retention, and overall user experience.
Own and track key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance.

Build and lead a high-performing growth team with a strong focus on execution and accountability.
The ideal candidate
8+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, with a strong track record in startup environments.
Demonstrated success in scaling paid channels alongside other high-impact growth initiatives.
Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across international markets.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar.
Deep understanding of funnel optimization, attribution, and experimentation frameworks.
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes.
