Job requirements

We’re looking for a highly execution-driven Head of Growth to scale user acquisition and revenue through performance marketing and high-impact growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes end-to-end ownership, and consistently identifies scalable opportunities to drive efficient growth across markets.

The Job

  • Own and scale performance marketing across key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.

  • Identify and develop high-impact growth opportunities across channels such as partnerships, referrals, communities, and product-led initiatives.

  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels across geographies, with a strong focus on international expansion.

  • Drive continuous experimentation across channels, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and overall performance.

  • Develop scalable acquisition strategies that improve efficiency and reduce overall customer acquisition costs over time.

  • Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to enhance activation, retention, and overall user experience.

  • Own and track key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance.

  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team with a strong focus on execution and accountability.

The ideal candidate

  • 8+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, with a strong track record in startup environments.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling paid channels alongside other high-impact growth initiatives.

  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across international markets.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar.

  • Deep understanding of funnel optimization, attribution, and experimentation frameworks.

  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes.
