Job requirements
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high impact engineering team responsible for building and scaling Atlys’ mobile experiences and core platform capabilities. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and leadership to drive execution excellence while shaping scalable technical systems across iOS and Android.
The Job
Own the Developer Experience: Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve APIs, SDKs, onboarding, documentation, and the overall developer journey end-to-end.
Be the Voice of Developers Internally: Gather feedback from developers, identify friction points, and influence product direction by bringing real ecosystem insights back to the team.
Create High-Signal Technical Content: Build tutorials, demos, sample apps, technical deep dives, and integration guides that help developers ship faster with Atlys.
Grow the Developer Community: Engage developers through hackathons, webinars, conferences, meetups, GitHub, and online communities while building authentic long-term relationships.
Represent Atlys Externally: Act as a technical face of the company by speaking publicly, showcasing what we’re building, and helping drive adoption of Atlys APIs and infrastructure.
The Ideal Candidate
3–8+ years of experience in DevRel, Software Engineering, or Solutions Engineering
Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and developer tooling
Hands-on coding experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, Go, or Java
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience creating technical content or speaking at developer events
Passion for developer communities, startups, and emerging technologies
Thrives in fast-paced, high ownership environments
