Job requirements

As a Senior Fulfillment Associate in Dubai, you are responsible for managing end-to-end visa processing operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the application journey. You’ll assist customers with documentation and profile creation, resolving operational issues in real time, coordinating with internal teams and visiting customers on-ground to collect documents or provide support.

As part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the travel space, this is a 6-day in-office role that requires a consistent on-ground presence and customer interaction.

The Job

  • Handle end-to-end visa application processing for UAE operations.

  • Guide customers on visa requirements, documentation, and profile creation.

  • Review and verify applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa guidelines.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to unlock new destinations for the UAE market, driving business expansion and market growth.

  • Identify issues during the application process and resolve them proactively.

  • Track application progress and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client data

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in visa operations, travel operations, customer support, or related operational roles.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organised: You possess an exceptional eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to provide clear instructions and updates to customers.

  • Problem Solver & Quick Thinker: You have the ability to think on the spot and provide practical solutions during operational challenges.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with computers and digital tools, able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

  • Passion for Travel & Immigration: You have a genuine interest in the travel and immigration sectors and are excited about contributing to a more connected world.

  • Immediate joiners preferred
