Job requirements

We're looking for a highly driven Pre-Sales Lead to build and scale a high-performing pre-sales function at Atlys. You will be responsible for driving lead conversion, managing a team of pre-sales associates, optimizing customer engagement processes, and ensuring prospective travelers receive an exceptional first experience with Atlys.

The Job

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Pre-Sales Associates to consistently achieve conversion and revenue targets.

  • Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel, from lead qualification through conversion and handoff to fulfillment teams.

  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics while coaching team members to improve effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement playbooks, scripts, and best practices to enhance customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails.

  • Analyze lead behavior, customer feedback, and conversion data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Partner with Product, Guest Delight and Operations teams to surface customer insights and improve the overall customer journey.

  • Ensure accurate CRM hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.

  • Drive a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of total work experience with at least 2+ years managing sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing teams.

  • Proven track record of driving conversion, revenue, and team performance metrics.

  • Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Hospitality, Travel, or other high-touch customer-facing industries is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and reporting tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

  • High ownership, strong execution capability, and customer-first thinking.

  • Comfortable working six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
