Job requirements

We're looking for an experienced Head of Pre-Sales to build, lead, and scale Atlys' pre-sales function. You will own the complete customer acquisition journey before fulfillment - from strategy and team building to conversion excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

This is a leadership role responsible for defining the vision, processes, technology, and performance standards for a rapidly growing customer-facing organization.

The Job

  • Build and scale a high-performing Pre-Sales organization across people, processes, and technology.

  • Own end-to-end pre-sales strategy, including lead management, conversion, forecasting, workforce planning, and operational excellence.

  • Hire, mentor, and develop team leads and pre-sales associates while creating a strong leadership pipeline.

  • Define KPIs, performance scorecards, incentive structures, and operating rhythms to maximize conversion and customer experience.

  • Drive revenue growth by continuously optimizing lead qualification, engagement, and conversion strategies.

  • Design scalable SOPs, playbooks, QA frameworks, training programs, and coaching methodologies.

  • Build robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, forecasting models, and business reviews for leadership.

  • Evaluate and implement CRM, automation, AI, and productivity tools to improve team efficiency.

  • Own hiring strategy, capacity planning, and organizational design as the function scales.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer obsession, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience across sales, pre-sales, customer success, inside sales, or customer operations, with at least 4–6 years leading managers and large customer-facing teams.

  • Proven experience building and scaling high-performing pre-sales or inside sales organizations.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving conversion, revenue, and operational excellence.

  • Experience in Travel, Hospitality, Banking, Financial Services, Consumer Internet, or other high-growth customer-centric businesses.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, workforce planning, and business performance management.

  • Experience implementing CRM systems, automation, and process improvements at scale.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new functions in a fast-growing startup environment.

  • High ownership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.

  • Comfortable working with 6 days on site.
