We’re expanding our team to meet increasing market demand following significant growth.We seek a high-energy, results-oriented, and team-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone eager to sharpen their sales skills and passionate about uncovering new business opportunities. As a BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of outbound sales efforts—researching prospects, organizing campaigns, and qualifying leads.Responsibilities- Generate an enterprise B2B sales pipeline with prospective clients, primarily in the U.S.- Lead qualification meetings to assess alignment for potential partnerships- Clearly communicate Base64.ai’s value proposition, technology, and business impact- Research and map target accounts; identify the best entry points and stakeholders- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective companies- Make phone calls to prospects- Create email campaigns and regular newslettersRequirements- A successful SBDR must be a great salesperson, passionate about AI, and excited to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven startup. You will learn how AI works and how to be successful in this job.- Willing to learn our product in-depth and pitch it with enthusiasm- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related fields—preferably in Software/SaaS- Proven track record in generating outbound leads and building a sales pipeline- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Self-starter with a consistent history of exceeding targets- Experience using Hubspot- Highly organized, independent, and adaptable to a dynamic environmentCompensation and benefits- This work is 100% remote, but occasional customer visits might be required- Salary W2 $75,000/year- Commissions 5-10%, depending on the contribution and new contract duration (our typical enterprise contracts are $100K and above)- 401K with up to 4% employer contribution matching- Pre-IPO company stock option packageWho we areBase64.ai is a global, multicultural organization with team members and offices across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
