About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Analyst who brings strong analytical skills and a product-first mindset to support product planning, execution, and optimization. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business, helping teams make data-informed decisions, track outcomes, and improve product performance.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, is comfortable working with data, understands user behaviour, and can translate insights into clear recommendations for product teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants high ownership, exposure to end-to-end product development, and the opportunity to grow into a Product Manager or Senior Analytics role.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Managers to support product discovery, delivery, and optimization initiatives.
Define, track, and analyse product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, funnel conversion, feature adoption).
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to monitor product health and progress against OKRs.
Analyse user behaviour using qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights, gaps, and opportunities.
Support experiment design and analysis (A/B tests, feature rollouts, impact measurement).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Ops, Marketing) to ensure alignment on product goals.
Identify risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks; surface actionable insights early.
Maintain product documentation, requirement artifacts, and insight repositories.
Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product planning discussions with a data-backed point of view.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Product Analytics or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate insights clearly.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative product environments.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), with the ability to write complex, optimized, and scalable SQL queries for building flat tables, defining metrics, and generating reports.
Experience working with product analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Metabase, QuickSight, or similar platforms.
Ability to translate raw data into clear insights, metrics, and narratives that inform product and business decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of UX and product metrics (funnels, retention, engagement) and exposure to user research insights.
Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and product-led teams in defining problems and measuring outcomes.
Ability to define and own KPIs for business and product monitoring, driving continuous improvement.
Strong data storytelling skills—able to present insights, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Solid foundation in statistics and experiment design, including hypothesis testing and A/B experimentation.
Good understanding of databases, data models, and data pipelines, including how data flows from source to dashboard.
Why Join Us
Work closely with Product Managers and leadership on high-impact product decisions.
Opportunity to develop strong product intuition and analytical depth.
Collaborative, learning-oriented culture with clear growth paths into Product or Senior Analytics roles.
