Eligibility flows through and impacts every aspect of the Collective Health platform, and we are building the team responsible for receiving, processing, validating and sending our eligibility information with our partners. We exchange a high volume of files per day with customers, networks, and partners, and are looking for people to manage the operation, quality, and scaling of our data management systems. Through your experiences at Collective Health, you will be an important part of improving the member healthcare experience by operating and scaling our data operations platform.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for understanding, investigating and resolving client and data inquiries within defined service levels
- Monitoring file ingestion working to identify and resolve file delays
- Investigate and resolve daily exceptions and errors
- Manage operational ticketing and ensure team success with SLAs
- Complete all needed client data reporting within defined timeframes
- Working closely with Analysts to help complete specific implementation tasks while adhering to due dates and timelines
- Prioritize daily work to meet or exceed timelines and expectations.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Required:
- Excel, G-Suite
- Experience in a technical oriented customer service organization
- EDI experience
- Ability to analyze large data sets
- Data reconciliation
- Healthcare background
- Strong task and time management skills
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week.#LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
