At Collective Health, we’re transforming how employers and their people engage with their health benefits by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology, compassionate service, and world-class user experience design.
Collective Health is expanding its Customer Experience team! We believe health benefits should be simple, accessible, and technology-driven. But moreover, we believe healthcare should be grounded by the people that it serves. To accomplish this, we are reimagining the operational core of health insurance. We are seeking leaders to help deliver on this vision.
We are looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to help further develop and measure the customer experience delivered by our Customer Experience teams. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Experience team, serving as a thought partner in coordinating and collaborating internally on the design, execution, and measurement of our customer experience. You will be responsible for driving the data and reporting strategy to help achieve our customer experience operational strategy.
What you'll do:

- Performance Optimization: Enhance the performance of reports and Looker data models, optimizing data retrieval and processing.
- Strategic Business Partner: Serve as a consultative partner to CX leadership, translating high-level business goals into data strategies. You will facilitate discovery sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively advise on how data can solve operational challenges.
- Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable data solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert and consulting partner for our stakeholders. Partner with customer experience leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly impact operational strategy.
- Data Presentation: Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner, enabling informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data analysis and reporting processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
- Data Governance: Uphold data governance, quality, and security standards, ensuring data compliance and confidentiality.
- Additional project work as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Google Looker / LookML is strongly preferred). Candidates with equivalent proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will also be considered if they have a strong aptitude for learning looker quickly.
