We’re looking for a data-driven, cross-functional leader to join our Digital Growth team as Director or Senior Director, Ecommerce. This is a newly created role designed to elevate the performance of vrai.com across conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital strategy, email marketing, and site merchandising. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Performance Marketing, and Brand to drive measurable business results while championing a seamless and elevated customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital performance analysis including funnel diagnostics, ad hoc deep dives, pricing comparisons, and test result interpretation.
- Drive ecommerce merchandising strategy: analyze performance, make data-backed updates, and optimize for VRAI moments and seasonal cutoffs.
- Oversee email marketing performance and strategy, including retention programs, lifecycle campaigns, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional planning with CRM vendors.
- Oversee organic traffic growth for SEO and GEO on new LLM platforms
- Own the conversion rate optimization roadmap for the site through no-code updates in our CMS and landing page optimization for paid channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all ecommerce activations are optimized for conversion
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Ecommerce or Digital Growth, ideally within a DTC or luxury consumer brand
- Proven track record of owning and improving site performance metrics (conversion rate, email engagement, funnel performance)
- Experience owning email marketing to drive acquisition & retention through lifecycle marketing and marketing campaign calendar
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing platforms, and ecommerce dashboards.
- Experience working across merchandising CRO within a high-growth digital environment.
