Make the product respond to what we learn in days rather than quarters. You own the consumer loop end to end; our architecture lead owns the platform underneath it. End-to-end product velocity across app surfaces, backend, data and release quality. Instrumentation of the whole journey, so we argue about evidence instead of opinions. Recommendation v0: rules and light scoring, long before anything deserves to be called ML. Internal tools that let non-engineers test an idea without waiting on you. Production reliability, and the line between product-specific work and what belongs in the platform. High-agency and comfortable across frontend, backend, data, and the product call itself. Fast with AI-assisted development and unfashionably strict about instrumentation and reliability. Happy working from user evidence rather than a specification. Low ego, high slope.
