About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring, primarily for technical roles across EMEA. This is a full-time permanent position, ideal for a recruiting expert who thrives in fast-paced tech environments. You'll partner closely with hiring teams to attract top talent while championing Fivetran’s values and DEI initiatives.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment primarily for technical related roles in EMEA
- Partner with our internal leaders to provide strategic hiring guidance
- Source and engage diverse talent to support DEI-focused hiring
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through data-driven recruitment
- Collaborate with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to optimize hiring processes
Skills We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of technical SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
- Proven success hiring for Backend Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Software Development Engineers in Test, Program Managers; including roles at manager+ and staff+ levels
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
Bonus Skills
- Experience hiring for Solution Architects and Sales Engineers
- Experience hiring for Product Managers
