Description
HF0 is looking for an exceptional Hospitality Manager to own the day-to-day operations of the HF0 Mansion and ensure it runs with the consistency, care, and attention to detail of an exceptional hospitality environment. During HF0’s residency programs, the Mansion becomes home to a cohort of exceptional founders living and building alongside one another.
This is a rare opportunity for a sophisticated professional who understands that hospitality management is equal parts operational excellence, discretion, and leadership. More than a property manager, you will serve as the connective thread between the residence, the HF0 team, trusted vendors, and our founders — bringing order and exceptional service to every aspect of the environment.
The Hospitality Manager will own the operational heartbeat of the Mansion. You’ll manage housekeeping and hospitality staff, oversee laundry and cleaning operations, coordinate maintenance and vendors, manage property inventory and budgets, and build the systems and standards that allow a large residential property to operate efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes enormous pride in running a great operation. You’re exceptionally organized, notice the details other people miss, and hold a high bar for quality.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations and presentation of the HF0 Mansion.
- Manage staff to ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, common spaces, kitchens, and outdoor areas are consistently clean, organized, stocked, and ready for founders and guests - day-to-day execution across housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance staff and vendors.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the property, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate closely with the broader HF0 team around programming, founder needs, and events.
- Review invoices, monitor recurring expenses, and identify opportunities to operate more efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of vendors, contracts, maintenance, warranties, purchases, and property systems; tracking operational costs and provide clear reporting to the HF0 team.
- Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, security, internet, and other critical systems remain functional. Identify issues early and coordinate the right person to fix them, manage improvement projects from identification through completion.
- Ensure the Mansion feels welcoming, thoughtful, and exceptionally well-run at all times.
- Anticipate operational needs around HF0 programming and coordinate with the broader team to execute them.

- Strong budgeting, purchasing, and operational management skills.
- Able to maintain a high standard without needing constant oversight.
