Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support procurement activities across the company, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. Primary Responsibilities:
E2E Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet R&D, Services and overall program needs, including delivery verification and invoice processing support. Ability to create and review RFx documents as necessary.
Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, including vendor setup, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to delivery, pricing, and quality.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and development schedules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Program teams to align procurement responsibilities with company goals.
Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
5+ years of supply chain experience, including strategic sourcing or technical procurement
Ability to read technical drawings, safety data sheets etc.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000; The pay range provided is an estimated base range for this role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
