We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / BI developer / Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

‍Responsibilities

3+ years of hands-on experience working as a data analyst or business intelligence developer
you're skilled in at least one major business intelligence tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Plotly Dash
you are a strong analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into manageable pieces
you excel at communicating with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating technical concepts into plain language
you create effective data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand
you're proficient in SQL and comfortable writing complex queries to extract and analyze data
you have strong Python skills for data analysis, including experience with libraries like pandas, numpy, and data visualization tools

Qualifications

Proficiency in English - our team is international;
Strong understanding of analytics concepts and methodologies;
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;

Nice to have

Experience with dbt or other tools for data transformation and modeling
Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices
Previous experience working with marketing or sales departments, understanding their specific data needs and challenges
