We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / BI developer / Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

‍Responsibilities

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a data analyst or business intelligence developer
• you're skilled in at least one major business intelligence tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Plotly Dash
• you are a strong analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into manageable pieces
• you excel at communicating with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating technical concepts into plain language
• you create effective data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand
• you're proficient in SQL and comfortable writing complex queries to extract and analyze data
• you have strong Python skills for data analysis, including experience with libraries like pandas, numpy, and data visualization tools

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English - our team is international;
• Strong understanding of analytics concepts and methodologies;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt or other tools for data transformation and modeling
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices
• Previous experience working with marketing or sales departments, understanding their specific data needs and challenges
