Key Responsibilities:

Initial Case Evaluations: Assess potential cases to determine whether they meet established criteria.
Legal Research: Conduct research to support case development and strategy.
Case Management: Oversee mass tort cases from evaluation through resolution, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient workflows.
Legal Strategy Development: Work with senior attorneys to develop innovative approaches to case management and litigation strategy.
Client Engagement: Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their cases.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in Arizona or a reciprocal jurisdiction [REQUIRED]
0-3 years of experience in mass tort litigation or related complex litigation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with a passion for innovation in legal practice
