About the role
London Quantum Group (LQG) is building the privacy-preserving infrastructure that enables healthcare organisations to safely unlock the value of their data for research and AI, without compromising patient privacy or data custodianship. We're looking for someone who sits between product, technology and customer success. You'll work directly with Clinical Research Networks, GP practices and other healthcare organisations, helping them understand our platform, answering technical and information governance questions, and supporting the onboarding of new practices onto the LQG platform. This isn't a sales role. It's about building trusted relationships, translating complex technical concepts into clear language, gathering product feedback, and ensuring customers have an exceptional experience from first conversation through to successful deployment. What you will do
- Work directly with Clinical Research Networks, GP practices and other healthcare organisations through onboarding and deployment.
- Help customers understand the platform and answer technical and information governance questions clearly.
- Translate complex technical concepts into plain language for clinicians, researchers and technical teams.
- Gather product feedback from the field and feed it back into product and engineering.
- Build trusted relationships and guide customers from first conversation through to successful deployment.
What you bring
- Experience in product management, implementation, solutions engineering, health informatics or technical customer success.
- Enough technical understanding to discuss APIs, healthcare data and information governance confidently with clinicians and technical teams.
- Comfort working across product, technology and customer-facing conversations in healthcare settings.
