They partner with like-minded brands to deliver value across B2B and B2C channels through campaigns, content, and affiliate programs. Why does this role exist?
This role exists to build a high-quality partner pipeline and serve as the on-camera, relationship-centered face of the brand throughout the full partner lifecycle. The company needs a proactive owner to generate leads, run personalized cold outreach, lead discovery/introductory calls, and then manage partners end to end—from onboarding and activation to renewals. By coordinating closely with internal teams, this role ensures partner campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with the brand’s mission, while also providing timely, proactive support to both partners and app users.

The Impact you’ll make

Pipeline Building & Outreach
  • Research and build targeted lead lists, including beauty box and affiliate partnership opportunities
  • Craft and send personalized cold email campaigns; run timely follow-ups to advance prospects
  • Lead introductory video calls to qualify opportunities and support early-stage sales conversations
  • Maintain organized, accurate tracking of all outreach and lead data

Account Management & Partnerships
  • Manage affiliate and brand partnerships end to end: outreach, onboarding, activation, and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact; coordinate renewals and deepen relationships
  • Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes for mutual success

Campaign Coordination & Internal Liaison
  • Coordinate partner campaigns with internal marketing, e-commerce, and product teams
  • Ensure deliverables are on time, on brief, and aligned with the brand’s wellness-focused mission
  • Prepare partner-facing reports, decks, and performance updates that clearly communicate value

Follow-Up, Operations & Communication
  • Drive timely follow-through on leads and partner check-ins to keep the pipeline progressing
  • Manage inboxes, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support documentation/agreements
  • Communicate promptly and clearly across Slack, email, and Zoom to keep teams and partners aligned

Partner and User Support
  • Provide proactive B2B partner and B2C user support via Intercom, including onboarding touchpoints
  • Maintain a professional, engaging on-camera presence that reflects brand values
  • Help ensure a positive, consistent experience across all touchpoints

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • 2+ years of hands-on outbound experience owning lead generation (building lists, personalized cold email, leading discovery/intro calls) with measurable outcomes
  • Proven end-to-end relationship management experience (client/partner/affiliate): onboarding through renewals as primary point of contact
  • Strong on-camera presence with a professional video setup (clean background, good lighting, high-quality camera) and the ability to build rapport on Zoom
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage pipelines, prioritize effectively, and follow through consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with modern sales/support and productivity tools; comfortable using AI tools for research, outreach, and workflow automation
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Your Superpowers:
  • Technical: cold outreach copywriting; lead sourcing and list-building; discovery/qualification; affiliate/partner management; basic analytics/reporting; fluency with tools like Gmail/GMass, Intercom, Zapier, and task managers; AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research and automation
  • Soft skills: proactive ownership, friendly on-camera presence, excellent written/verbal communication, high organization and attention to detail, relationship-building, resilience, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Domain: genuine interest in beauty, health, and women’s wellness; familiarity with beauty/CPG/affiliate ecosystems is a plus

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Eastern Time)
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
