Why does this role exist?
This role exists to relieve the founder from the day-to-day complexity of managing multiple advertising accounts across three ecommerce brands. The company is currently experiencing inefficiencies in ad performance, including wasted spend, overbidding, and missed keyword opportunities across platforms. The goal of this hire is to bring in a highly capable PPC specialist who can independently optimize campaigns, improve ad efficiency, and scale performance while reducing the need for constant oversight.
