Why does this role exist?
This role exists to give the client a dedicated, hands-on developer who can build and maintain their web presence as the business grows — from public-facing e-commerce functionality to internal tools that support day-to-day operations. The client currently relies on WordPress and SiteGround for their sites and HubSpot for client-facing workflows, and they need someone who can both build new websites and keep existing ones running smoothly, without requiring heavy oversight. Ultimately, this position is about freeing up the client's leadership team to focus on care delivery by ensuring their digital tools are functional, current, and easy to use.
