Why does this role exist?
The assistant will support the day-to-day operations of two businesses, with the primary objective of generating new rental leads and helping fill 20 vacant apartment units within 30 days. This role will focus on increasing listing visibility, reaching prospective tenants, following up with leads, and coordinating property viewings, while also managing email, calendar, customer outreach, and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is an independent problem-solver who takes initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives results without requiring constant supervision.
