They work closely with owners, architects, engineers, contractors and trade specialists to deliver projects quickly and creatively, from design through pre-construction.
Why does this role exist?
Our client is growing its design and pre-construction work and needs a dedicated coordinator to keep projects moving between owners, architects, engineers and design teams. You will be the main communication link between clients and design disciplines, making sure meetings run well, drawings and deliverables are reviewed, and timelines stay on track. Your work frees the team to focus on design and delivery while you keep everyone aligned.
