We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

What you will be doing

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to lead our day-to-day IT support operations globally. In this role, you will manage a team of IT Support Analysts, own the help desk function, and ensure our employees have a reliable, secure, and efficient technology experience across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

You will be the primary escalation point for complex, user-impacting issues and will be responsible for designing and improving processes, documentation, and tooling that enable our IT support function to scale.

You should have the following

  • 7+ years in IT support or IT operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Expert or strong background owning and administrating:
    • Microsoft 365 (preferably GCC High)
    • IAM (Entra ID / hybrid Active Directory, SSO Technologies)
    • Intune and MDM platforms
    • Windows and macOS operating systems
    • Exchange Online (mailboxes, shared mailboxes, groups, aliases)
    • SharePoint Online & OneDrive permissions and sharing controls
    • Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment
    • IT Ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.)
    • Enterprise SaaS (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian, etc.)
    • DNS, DHCP, Basic network configurations
    • Engineering applications and infrastructure (Teamcenter, Solidworks, LM Tools)

In Addition:

  • Proven ability to manage support teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Nice to have

  • Experience operating in high security environment
  • Security clearances

US Salary Range

$110,000-$135,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
