We're growing rapidly and looking for a Technical Recruiter who enjoys getting hands-on and contributing across various roles to best support the business. You will know how to move fast while ensuring quality and consistently be a champion raising the talent bar. You’ll know how to incorporate data into your workflows to maximize output. You’ll partner with co-founders and department heads to identify, and close candidates all while providing exceptional candidate experience.

We are an in-person culture (5x/week in office). As an in-person talent champion, you have the opportunity, and desire, to help shape our office culture and environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own GTM Hiring End-to-End: Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions — including sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing, and onboarding — with excellence and speed.

  • Partner with Leadership: Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define roles, craft outreach strategies, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.

  • Source Proactively and Creatively: Identify top passive candidates through research, networking, and strategic outbound campaigns. Build and nurture a steady talent pipeline.

  • Deliver a Top-Tier Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate walks away impressed — regardless of outcome — through thoughtful, personal, and responsive engagement.

  • Build for Scale: Help refine processes, systems, and tools to make recruiting more data-driven, scalable, and impactful.

  • Be a Culture Champion: Contribute to building a strong, in-person culture — from office energy to first impressions.

About You

  • 3+ Years of Recruiting Experience: You’ve led full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally with experience across GTM functions.

  • Stakeholder-Savvy: You know how to build trust with founders and hiring managers and operate as a strategic partner, not an order-taker.

  • Sourcing-Oriented: You love the hunt. You’re creative and persistent in finding the right candidates, and you know how to strengthen both inbound and outbound channels.

  • High EQ, Great Communicator: You can connect easily with candidates and internal teams, and you're great at balancing empathy with urgency.

  • Process-Minded and Organized: You bring structure to ambiguity, move quickly, and never drop the ball.

  • Bias Toward Ownership: You’re scrappy, accountable, and self-directed — ready to take full ownership of your pipeline and projects.
