About the opportunity
We’re hiring our first business recruiter to own hiring across GTM (Sales, Marketing), Product Management, and key business roles (BizOps, Strategy, etc.).
This is a true 0→1 role — you won’t just run reqs, you’ll design the entire recruiting motion. From sourcing strategy to interview loops to closing top candidates, you’ll operate as a trusted partner to leadership and play a critical role in shaping Pallet’s next phase of growth.

How you will make an impact
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles
- Build and manage pipelines across 10+ concurrent roles with strong operational discipline
- Design and iterate on interview processes, scorecards, and hiring playbooks
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies (outbound, referrals, events, talent branding)
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate candidates, and close top talent
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with fast, consistent communication
- Track and improve funnel metrics to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes
Preferred experience
- 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across GTM and/or Product/Business roles (AE, SDR, PM, BizOps, Marketing, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines without operational breakdowns
- Strong understanding of GTM roles and/or product/business hiring signals
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments (0→1 or scaling)
- Demonstrated ability to close candidates in competitive markets

Interview Process
- Chat with Recruiter — 30 mins
- Deep Dive with Hiring Manager — 45 mins
- Take-Home Assignment (2–3 hours, completed within 3–5 days)
- Final Interview (Onsite) — ~3-4 hours
- Brief Background Check and Reference Check

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $145,000–$215,000, depending on experience and skill set.
In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
