This role
The IT Intern will provide technical assistance to our employees and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT systems.
This role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, and assisting with various IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic IT concepts, a passion for technology, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Set up and configure computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install and maintain software applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Identity Access Management (IAM), and google workspace environments.
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
Qualifications
- Studying information technology or related areas (from the second semester onwards)
- English proficiency
