This role
The Territory Expansion Sr Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding the key partner relationships ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction; leading a dedicated team to ensure we grow these accounts with high quality, profitable sales and designing; implementing, and managing these accounts marketing and channel requirements ensuring maximum exposure for growth within the channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional squads to launch and iterate on product features, pricing, credit policies, and customer experience.
- Partner with credit risk teams to balance approval rates and risk performance—ensuring healthy unit economics and low delinquency.
- Identify and validate new customer segments and use cases for expansion, leveraging data and user research.
- Design and roll out go-to-market strategies in coordination with growth, sales, and CRM teams to drive adoption and engagement.
- Monitor product P&L and key performance indicators (e.g., activation rate, utilization, NPL, CAC, retention), and lead initiatives to improve performance.
- Collaborate with external partners (issuers, processors, payment networks, BNPL or embedded finance providers) to expand capabilities.
- Enhance product offering with external partners to enable benefits in the productsStay on top of market trends, competitive benchmarks, and regulatory developments to ensure long-term product viability.
- Make local inputs to influence the product vision and roadmap for Credit Card and Credit Line products, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, Finance or a related field.
- Experience with Business Development, account managemente, trade marketing with carriers, retailers, and distributors with a strong understanding of finance and technology.
- Successful track record in key account management and building and managing an effective sales team.
- Action-oriented and energetic with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving.
- High proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes, identify trends, and drive strategic initiative.
