This role
The HR system Analyst is responsible for a wide range of People Operations daily functions, including new hire onboarding, performance management, systems and data support activities, and administering company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Prepare paperwork and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience.
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working on a multinational HR/People Team in a startup environment, in a HR department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
