This role
The Human Resources Associate – Global Operations is responsible for acting as a liaison between the local team and the Global Human Resources Business Partner, managing day-to-day HR operations to ensure the proper implementation of global HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to the success of the organization’s global initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Partners in implementing global HR programs, including Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership Development.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Global Ops employees.
  • Act as a mediator for local workplace issues and promote a positive organizational environment.
  • Assist in the annual performance review cycle, providing guidance and support to managers throughout the process.
  • Research employee trends to identify opportunities for increasing engagement and retention across different markets.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and provide regular reports on turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
  • Recent graduate or 0–2 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational or global organization; experience in BPO, Tech, or Shared Services sectors is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work with HRIS data and Excel to support global reporting needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, detail-oriented, analytical, with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
