This role

The Commercial Processes Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the commercial team’s operating model. This role maps and documents end-to-end sales processes, improves and automates manual or flawed workflows, and ensures strong integration between commercial operations and supporting tools.

The position acts as the bridge between the Sales team, Performance team, and Merchant Operations, ensuring clear Ways of Working, actionable dashboards, and successful implementation of tools and strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Map and document the end-to-end processes of the commercial team, clearly identifying roles, responsibilities, decision points, and interactions with tools and systems.
  • Analyze current workflows to detect manual, inefficient, or flawed processes, and redesign them to improve scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive automation initiatives by partnering with Merchant Operations and Performance teams to reduce manual work and increase process reliability.
  • Design and formalize the Sales team’s Way of Working (WoW), including routines, governance structures, operating cadences, and accountability frameworks.
  • Define the dashboards required to properly oversee commercial performance, pipeline health, productivity, and operational KPIs.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the Performance Team, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of dashboards.
  • Lead the implementation of new tools in collaboration with the Merchant Operations team, ensuring proper rollout, training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between processes and systems (CRM and other tools), promoting correct usage and data integrity.
  • Participate in and support high-impact strategic projects that are critical to the commercial area, contributing process design, operational structure, and execution discipline.
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities within the commercial organization and proactively propose solutions that enhance performance and visibility.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: >8 years of experience in sales operations, retention, or account management, with at least 5 years focusing on revenue targets and team leadership.
  • Analytical Skills: High proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Execution: Exceptional ability to “make things happen”
  • Languages: Proficiency in local language and Advanced English.
  • Tools: Expertise in CRM management and data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI preferred).
