This role
PayJoy is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst with emphasis in new credit products, who will be responsible for delivering the learning tools and facilitating business information to the sales team and stakeholders. As our ideal candidate, you are a professional with a high ability to identify performance and knowledge gaps, to participate in the implementation of new features and who enjoys service, while being able to work in an environment of high change, and face to face meeting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to attend the knowledge gaps of internal members, external clients and their staff.
Collaborate with the growth team, in the design and field implementation of new products or features.
Promote the performance and productivity of the sales team through the execution of training initiatives and high impact strategies.
Deliver the sales enablement products and services to all the stakeholders.
Collaborate in the creation of learning tools in different formats, according to the SE master plan.
Understand the different processes across the organization and participate in the design and implementation of enhancement initiatives.
Follow up to the B2B material delivery, according to the B2C communication strategy developed with the marketing team
Requirements
Experience in sales enablement, sales training or revenue-oriented role such as win rate, sales cycle time, sales productivity.
Experience in field training with commercial teams.
Experience in Fintech and/or Startup companies, preferred.
Synthesis skills, needed.
Design skills needed.
Project management and strategic vision, needed.
Advanced oral and written English skills, needed.
High capacity for organization, communication and relationships.
