The promoter Manager is responsible for managing field marketing agencies and teams of fields to develop and execute a national demand generation strategy that effectively drives customer engagement and sales growth.

This role
The promoter Manager is responsible for managing field marketing agencies and teams of fields to develop and execute a national demand generation strategy that effectively drives customer engagement and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a regional demand generation strategy that drives brand awareness and sales performance.
- Oversee relationships with field marketing agencies, ensuring they adhere to brand values and operational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to agency partners to enhance their effectiveness in executing campaigns.
- Establish and implement clear, measurable performance targets for field marketing teams.
- Conduct daily reviews of these targets to assess progress, identify challenges, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Coordinate and assign promoter personnel and design contract scalability models for each commercial partner, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of activities.
- Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with senior marketing leaders, finance, and sales teams to create integrated marketing plans and budgets.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and supported by adequate resources.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of field marketing initiatives, including ROI analysis, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Work with the fraud team to train and curb fraud in the field to ensure healthy and steady growth levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, sales management, or related roles, with focus on managing teams and agencies.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics with an early stage startup.
- Demonstrated ability to work under high changing and pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across teams.
