Senior Analytics Engineer
PayJoy
Software Engineering, Data Science
Mexico City, Mexico
The Senior Analytics Engineer is responsible for accelerating PayJoy's growth by closing the "last mile" gap between our data foundation and the product decisions it should power. You will own metric frameworks, dashboards, and investigative analysis across PayJoy's Onboarding product areas — from application and contract flows through risk-based offers, D2C onboarding, and enterprise partner enablement. You will be partnering closely with Go to Market and Product teams and collaborating cross-regionally to drive business insights. The right candidate will exhibit ownership of the process from end to end; you are not only measuring what they are told by the business but working collaboratively to develop testable hypotheses that drive rapid scale.
