💡 Who We’re Looking For
We're seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales into health systems, provider groups, and large medical organizations.
You are a hunter and a closer – someone who thrives in long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles (~9–18 months), can navigate clinical, IT, legal, and procurement leadership, and is motivated by the challenge of architecting complex deals that reshape how prescriptions move through the health-system environment.
You’ll play a foundational role in Photon’s next stage of growth, driving large strategic partnerships and expanding our footprint across the healthcare ecosystem.
📋 Core Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle – pipeline creation, qualification, solution design, executive alignment, negotiation, and close.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on large provider organizations; drive new logos and expansion opportunities.
- Engage senior stakeholders across the system: CFO, CPO, CMIO, VP/Director of Pharmacy, Innovation, Clinical Ops, and Compliance.
- Build credibility as a domain expert by understanding clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, patient access pain points, and value levers.
- Articulate ROI across cost savings, revenue enablement, operational efficiency, adherence lift, and patient experience improvements.
- Navigate complex procurement and contracting processes including RFPs, MSAs, BAAs, SOWs, security reviews, and compliance diligence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Leadership on pricing, packaging, implementation models, pilots/POCs, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain exceptional forecast accuracy and CRM discipline; track pipeline, deal velocity, ARR/MRR impact, and stage progression.
- Influence Photon’s GTM motion by contributing market insights, competitive intel, and messaging refinements.
🎯 Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, health-tech, or high-complexity B2B SaaS selling into large enterprises.
- Experience selling to health systems, provider groups, pharmacy, payers, or life sciences strongly preferred.
- Proven record of closing 6–7 figure enterprise deals with long, multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem – e-prescribing, pharmacy workflows, PBMs, benefits verification, prior auth, or clinical operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory & compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, NCPDP, CMS, 340B, security reviews) is a significant plus.
- Strong executive presence – comfortable presenting to C-suite and navigating cross-functional stakeholder dynamics.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build process where it doesn’t exist yet.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and value-mapping skills.
- Willingness to travel (~30%).

Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($125-150k) with OTE 100% uncapped commission target
