Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design intuitive, elegant user experiences across our platform
- Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on real-world feedback
- Apply accessibility and responsive design best practices across web and mobile interfaces
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistent patterns and brand alignment
- Present work to internal stakeholders and advocate for design decisions based on user needs and product goals
Qualifications and Skills
- 0–10 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual design, and usability problem-solving
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience designing for mobile and web SAAS applications with complicated user interactions and flows
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI design systems and tools such as Replit, Cursor, etc.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, user analytics tools, or working in an agile environment
