Role Overview

Serve is seeking a corporate paralegal to support the legal team’s initiatives. Successful hires will contribute to a wide variety of legal, contractual, and operational matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with contract management and execution

  • Maintaining corporate records

  • Own entity management matters, including state and local license applications and upkeep

  • Collaborate with the Legal and Equity teams to support stock plan administration, including approval and tracking of equity awards

  • Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all key deadlines are met

  • Help coordinate legal operations across multiple functions of the company

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, with at least two years of public company corporate governance or securities experience working in house at a public company or law firm

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree and a paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience) required

What Makes You Standout

  • Experience with legal operations, including CLM software, is preferred

  • Willingness to take on a broad range of tasks is essential

Compensation Range: $100K - $125K
