At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses.
The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

About The Team
Marketing & Communications is a multidisciplinary team that’s responsible for wide range of design needs – from owning the UI/UX of our digital products, to providing guidance for hardware design. Some examples of the type of work we do, and the teams we collaborate closely with:
Digital products for remote robot supervision and delivery management (Product team, Operations team)
Industrial design support and usability evaluation of our robot hardware (Mechanical engineering team)
Company branding and campaign/event support (Advertisings/Sales team, MaCom team)
Operational compliance features of our robots for each market (Policy team, Expansion team)
Position Summary
The Senior Brand & Marketing Designer is responsible for defining how our company and robots show up in the world visually, emotionally, and culturally. This role plays a critical role in ensuring our robots are embraced by the members of communities that we operate in. This position partners closely with various stakeholders to help communicate complex technical features & operational considerations through compelling visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the Serve Robotics brand identity ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
Translate brand strategy into clear visual systems guidelines and templates that scale
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization to execute on-brand marketing materials.
Design across wide range of deliverables (digital assets, print collateral, on-robot decals, etc).
Ensure consistent, high quality design across all deliverables that bear our brand.

Provide creative guidance and feedback to business partners and other designers as needed.
Qualifications
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft in both digital and printed deliverables.
5-7+ years of design experience with strong focus on brand.
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into clear visual narratives.
Experience working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
Comfortable working with ambiguities and tight deadlines.

Expert level skills in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related workflows.
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Motion graphics or animation skills.
Experience rebranding or scaling an existing brand.
Experience with physical products, robotics, or hardware brands.
Interest in urban design sustainability or future of cities.
Compensation Range: $128K - $175K
