The Facilities Supervisor helps oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of our facilities. This role supports the Facilities Manager in building compliance, coordinating vendors and contractors, responding to facility needs, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment across multiple sites.

Job Overview
The Facilities Supervisor helps oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of our facilities. This role supports the Facilities Manager in building compliance, coordinating vendors and contractors, responding to facility needs, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment across multiple sites.
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance of company buildings to ensure safety, compliance, and minimal operational disruption
- Ensure facilities comply with building codes, OSHA, ADA, and health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate vendors and contractors, monitor performance, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Support space planning initiatives including office moves, reconfigurations, and minor expansions
- Oversee procurement of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment in alignment with operational needs and budget guidelines
- Track maintenance and repair expenses and support budget management for facility projects
- Implement and maintain emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and safety training
- Inspect and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and AEDs
- Monitor building security systems including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for facility-related issues and employee requests
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report on conditions, risks, and improvement needed throughout the space
- Support sustainability efforts to reduce energy consumption, waste, and operating costs
- Intermittent travel will be required, approximately once per quarter.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent field of study
- 4+ years facilities management, construction, or relevant work experience.
- 1+ years experience working under OSHA and ADA requirements
- Basic understanding of facilities management practices.
- Familiarity with building maintenance and safety protocols.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership in completing tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and organization
