  • Structure and prioritize feedback from customers and internal teams to inform the Boltline product roadmap
  • Own and maintain the Boltline knowledge base and ensure documentation remains accurate as the product evolves

Qualifications

  • Experience producing high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, or knowledge base content for software products
  • Experience implementing or working with engineering or manufacturing processes such as product lifecycle management, BOM management, production workflows, or traceability systems
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, structured explanations for users
  • Experience gathering, organizing, and synthesizing customer feedback into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver training sessions or workshops
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working as part of a software product development organization
  • Background in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial engineering, or hardware product development environments
