Who you are
- Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with REST, OAuth2, and webhooks
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or implementation role (ideally in SaaS, data, or energy)
Desirable
- Experience working with databases, data modelling, and analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD workflows is a plus
What the job involves
- This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with commercial acumen. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives, Product, and Engineering teams to scope solutions, deliver demos, and support proof-of-concepts for global energy, fleet, and mobility partners
- Lead technical discovery and solution design during the sales process
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into technical requirements
- Support the go-live process for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and data connectivity
- Build and manage proof-of-concept environments and API integrations
- Partner with Customer Success to provide ongoing technical support and feedback loops into product
- Create and maintain documentation, sample code, and technical resources to accelerate sales cycles
