Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a project management mindset and a passion for teaching. You should be driven by curiosity to understand our AI product architecture, federal contracting space, and the ability to create custom engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. This role bridges technical implementation and customer education, working with clients throughout the continuum of onboarding which includes deployment, system integration, implementation, and training, ensuring a seamless transition with Customer Success at the end of onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation
System Architecture Understanding: Develop deep knowledge of Vultron's AI platform architecture to effectively guide implementation and integration
Technical Integration: Oversee API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations to ensure Vultron aligns with client workflows
Custom Implementation Planning: Create technical implementation roadmaps tailored to each client's specific infrastructure and needs
Customer Enablement
Welcome and Orientation: Initiate contact with new customers, welcoming them to our platform and guiding them through the onboarding process
Setup and Configuration: Manage processes for initial account setup, configurations, user permissions, and initial data imports, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems
Needs Assessment: Analyze training needs and identify knowledge gaps to tailor training programs for maximum impact
Training and Education: Develop and deliver customized training sessions, including live webinars, video tutorials, and interactive workshops tailored to different roles and industry-specific needs
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve user issues during onboarding, offering timely support and escalating complex technical problems to the engineering team when necessary
Program Management
Project Tracking: Maintain visibility into onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple client implementations
Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback to enhance the onboarding process and contribute to product development
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and development teams to align customer expectations with product capabilities
Skills and Qualifications
Required
Technical Background: Experience with SaaS implementation, system integration, or technical program management
Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, product training, software architecture, or a related role
Technical Skills: Understanding of API integrations, data structures, and SaaS configuration principles
Training Expertise: Experience with various training methodologies (classroom, virtual, e-learning) and instructional design principles
Project Management: Experience with project management tools to manage multiple complex onboarding processes simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language and engage at all levels of an organization
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and resolve them efficiently
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment typical of high-growth startups
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Federal Experience: Background in federal contracting, proposal development, or government procurement processes
AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies, natural language processing, or large language models
Technical Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM), AI or technical implementation.
Enterprise Implementation: Experience implementing enterprise software solutions at organizations of varying sizes
Growth-Stage Experience: Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
