- Lead process standardization across multi-site injection molding operations
- Drive continuous improvement focused on cost, quality, and efficiency
- Act as technical expert for injection molding, tooling, and automation
- Support equipment specification, validation, and production ramp-up
- Collaborate on mold design, shrinkage analysis, and mold qualification
- Evaluate and implement new injection molding technologies
- Develop and deliver technical training programs
- Mentor engineers, process specialists, and maintenance teams
- Partner with manufacturing teams on new mold and equipment launches
