About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer‑focused Account Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for current industrial customers. In this role, you will build long‑term client relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through production. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver accurate information, timely updates, and exceptional service that supports revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales
- Meet with key clients to strengthen relationships and close new business.
- Use samples, plant tours, and product demonstrations to communicate company capabilities and value.
- Present final quotes, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for new orders.
Internal Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between sales and manufacturing teams to help expedite orders through MRP and Quality processes.
- Work closely with internal leadership to support order flow and customer requirements.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with purchasing contacts and key stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and identify upsell opportunities.
- Pursue new business opportunities and expand into potential accounts.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to drive satisfaction and renewals.
- Organize and support customer training sessions when needed.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to customer deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of account management experience; heavy on the customer relations experience required.
- Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems.
